Als Überlebender einer Entführung lernte Marc Wallert viel über den Umgang mit extremen Belastungen: im Jahr 2000 wurde er während eines Urlaubs in Malaysia entführt und war 140 Tage in der Gewalt von Terroristen. In dieser Ausnahmesituation lernte er viel über die Kraft der Resilienz, dank der er die Zeit im philippinischen Dschungel überleben konnte.
Marc Wallert absolvierte nach einem Wirtschaftsstudium mehrere Ausbildungen im Bereich Psychologie und war über 15 Jahre für verschiedene marktführende Unternehmen tätig. Als Berater und Führungskraft begleitete er Teams durch Digitalisierungs- und Restrukturierungsprozesse.
